Location: Sioux Falls
- Pay: $17-$20/hour, based on active hours worked. (Pay is tracked and applied only when actively managing calls, coordinating shifts, or providing direct care.)
- Shift: After-hours schedule from 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- On-Call Management: Respond promptly to caregiver call-offs and manage shift scheduling during after-hours.
- Shift Coordination: Secure replacement caregivers for open shifts to ensure uninterrupted client care.
- Direct Care (Critical Shifts Only): Provide caregiving services, including personal care and companionship, when no other coverage options are available. (Mileage reimbursement provided.)
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with caregivers, clients, and management.
- Record Keeping: Document all call-offs, schedule changes, and shift coverage details accurately.
- Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D certificate preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of caregiving experience or relevant certifications (CNA, HHA, HCA, PCA preferred but not required).
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- After-Hours Schedule: 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Active Hours Only: Compensation is tracked and applied only when actively working to resolve issues or provide care.
